* Follow the instructions on the Creating an Account help page. Note that after you have registered, you will NOT be able to use Online Patient Services until after your first office visit.
* If you call to make an appointment but have already created a portal account, please TELL the receptionist that when they making your appointment.
* If you have followed the steps above but are having problems, check out the FAQ link at the bottom of the Athena Patient Portal login.
