Dr. Dodson is an osteopathic pediatrician. He is a graduate of Northeast Missouri State University in psychology, industrial technology and biology. His medical school training was done at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine and he completed his pediatric residency in Des Moines at Blank Children's Hospital in 2003. Currently, he is a member of the American Osteopathic Association (AOA,) the American Medical Association (AMA,) the Iowa Medical Society (IMS,) the Iowa Osteopathic Medical Association (IOMA,) and the Wapello County Medical Society. Additionally, he has served in the past as Chief of Staff and board member of Ottumwa Regional Health Center.
